Project description
Located in the heart of the historic Lawrence Warehouse Arts District, this multifamily complex was designed to meet the historic overlay design guidelines, provide needed affordable housing and help revitalize a small section of this important Lawrence neighborhood. Being within this historic neighborhood posed additional design considerations and required significant collaboration with the community, planning department, developer, and contractor. It is composed of 47 dwelling units ranging from studios to three bedrooms, 10 livework units, rooftop patio, lobby with billiards, fitness center and laundry facilities.
